With the spirit of our beloved Mary Portas (of BBC 2's Mary Queen of Shops) hovering over us, we have been giving the Spybaby shop a major sort out.
We have wrestled the handbags into their own area, pulled out anything vaguely autumn/winter and put it away and weeded out the last of the dodgy hangers (where DO they come from?).
We are almost through tagging and pricing everything - it is taking ages! - and customers seem to be liking our playing-card-swing-tag idea.
Consequently this week's EBay auctions will be a funny old mix, as we plan to list all the odd - yet still lovely - things that are just getting in our way in our new look boutique. Expect lovely velvet curtains, vintage garden chair cushions and some bizarre bike leathers as well as our usual mix of on-trend vintage fashion.
We trust Mary would be proud.
